Our Client, a Global FMCG concern is in search of an innovative, passionate, resourceful and solutions orientated HR professional to join their dynamic HR team and growing concern.

Main Purpose of the Role:
Be responsible for providing support in terms of bulk recruitment, HR administration and the execution of multiple Human Capital Projects as well as to further support the culture of the Company by ensuring that employee experience and culture remains to top priority.
This role will report into the Senior HRBP.
Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 3-year Bachelors Degree or BTech Degree in HR / Industrial Psychology / Social Sciences
- Minimum 2-3 Years experience in the capacity of a HR Generalist across all HR functions
- Experience gained in bulk or high-volume recruitment is essential with onboarding experience and an understanding of unionized IR processes
- Experience gained within the FMCG / Manufacturing / Engineering / Technical / Retail related industry is highly advantageous
- Working knowledge of HR Systems with good research, statistical analysis and report writing skills
- Valid drivers license and own reliable transport preferred
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
HR Operational and Administration Support:
- Recruitment and Onboarding of Employees
- Assist Group Human Capital Manager and Senior HR Business Partners with co-ordination and facilitation of Human Capital Projects.
- Provide administrative support to Senior HR Business Partners.
- Support line managers with queries relating to people management (this includes and is not limited to compliance, training and development, recruitment, industrial and employee relations talent and performance management etc.)
HR Budget and Cost Control:
- Comply with work rules, standards and methods
- Support Invoice control
- Take care to minimize waste and identify cost saving initiatives within area of control.
HR Risk Management and Compliance:
- Adhere to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies, and procedures.
- Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
- Assistance when required with Auditing documentation.
HR Reporting:
- Obtain information, check for accuracy, and refine information.
- Collate and submit reports.
- Document management and filing.
Stakeholder Relationships and Engagement:
- Build support and maintain interpersonal and team relationships to ensure a stable working environment and achievement of team objectives.
